How to do it

  1. Stand tall with feet shoulder-width apart.
  2. Hold a dumbbell with both hands at chest level.
  3. Extend the arms fully and move the dumbbell in a circular motion.
  4. Keep your core engaged throughout the movement.
  5. Return to the starting position and repeat.
