The Front Scoops exercise is a dynamic arm and shoulder movement focusing on mobility and strengthening of the shoulder area. It involves circular arm movements that engage the shoulders and upper chest, helping to improve flexibility and overall muscular coordination.

How to do it

  1. Stand straight with feet shoulder-width apart and arms at your sides.
  2. Raise your arms forward until they are parallel to the ground.
  3. In a controlled motion, move your arms upwards and outwards to create a circle, then return to the starting position.
  4. Maintain a slight bend in the elbows and keep movements smooth and continuous.
