How to do it
- Set the Smith Machine bar to chest height and add desired weight.
- Stand with feet shoulder-width apart under the bar, hold with an overhand grip.
- Lift the bar off the rack and press it overhead, extending elbows fully.
- Lower the bar back to chest level in a controlled manner.
- Repeat for the desired number of repetitions, maintaining core engagement.
