This exercise involves touching the elbows together while lifting them, engaging the muscles of the shoulders and back. It promotes shoulder mobility and upper back activation, improving posture and flexibility.
How to do it
- Stand upright with feet shoulder-width apart.
- Raise your arms, bending elbows to touch each other in front of your chest.
- Lift elbows upward while keeping them together as long as possible.
- Lower your arms back to the starting position and repeat.
