The dumbbell standing front raise above head is an exercise targeting the shoulders, particularly the deltoids. How to do it

  1. Stand with feet shoulder-width apart, holding a dumbbell in each hand in front of your thighs.
  2. Raise the dumbbells to eye level, keeping arms straight and controlled. Keep your core engaged.
  3. Continue raising the dumbbells until they are above your head. Pause briefly.
  4. Lower the dumbbells back to the starting position in a controlled manner.
  5. Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
