The Dumbbell Behind Back Finger Curl targets the forearm muscles, particularly the wrist flexors. It is performed by holding dumbbells behind the back and curling them using finger flexion. This exercise improves grip strength and forearm muscle definition.

How to do it

  1. Stand with feet shoulder-width apart, holding dumbbells behind your back.
  2. Let the dumbbells rest at arm's length, palms facing back.
  3. Slowly curl the dumbbells by flexing your fingers upward.
  4. Hold the top position for a moment, then lower back to starting.
  5. Perform the desired number of repetitions while keeping a steady pace.
