How to do it

  1. Sit on a bench with your feet flat on the floor.
  2. Hold a dumbbell in one hand, resting your forearm on your thigh with your wrist hanging over the edge.
  3. Curl the dumbbell upwards by flexing your wrist, then lower it back down slowly.
  4. Ensure controlled movements without using momentum.
  5. Complete the desired number of reps and switch arms.
