The cable standing wrist roll is an exercise focused on strengthening the forearms, specifically the wrist flexors and extensors. It involves using a cable machine to create resistance as you roll the wrist in a controlled manner. This helps in improving grip strength and wrist stability.

How to do it

  1. Stand facing the cable machine with feet shoulder-width apart.
  2. Set the cable to a low position and grip the handle with both hands.
  3. Roll your wrists up and down slowly, maintaining tension in the cable.
  4. Keep your elbows slightly bent and close to your sides.
