How to do it
- Sit on a bench with feet flat on the ground and hold an EZ barbell with an underhand grip.
- Rest your forearms on your thighs with your wrists hanging off the edge, palms facing upward.
- Curl your wrists upwards by flexing the wrists, squeezing the forearm muscles.
- Lower the barbell back down to the starting position in a controlled motion.
- Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
