How to do it

  1. Sit on a bench with feet flat on the ground and hold an EZ barbell with an underhand grip.
  2. Rest your forearms on your thighs with your wrists hanging off the edge, palms facing upward.
  3. Curl your wrists upwards by flexing the wrists, squeezing the forearm muscles.
  4. Lower the barbell back down to the starting position in a controlled motion.
  5. Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
