How to do it

  1. Sit on a bench with feet flat on the floor.
  2. Hold a dumbbell in each hand with a neutral grip.
  3. Place forearms on thighs, allowing wrists to extend beyond the knees.
  4. Curl the dumbbells by flexing your wrists upward.
  5. Slowly lower to the starting position and repeat.
