Wrist Flexor Stretch
Gym Exercise Card
Equipment
The wrist flexor stretch alleviates tension in the forearm, improves wrist flexibility, and prevents injury by targeting the wrist flexor muscles through gentle extension.
How to do it
- Stand upright with feet hip-width apart.
- Extend one arm in front of you, keeping it parallel to the ground.
- Gently use the opposite hand to pull back on the fingers of the extended hand until a comfortable stretch is felt in the forearm.
- Hold the stretch for 15-30 seconds.
- Switch arms and repeat.
