The kettlebell wrist curl targets the wrist flexors, enhancing forearm strength and wrist stability. It involves flexing the wrists while holding kettlebells, providing effective isolation for the forearm muscles and improving grip strength.
How to do it
- Sit on a bench and hold a kettlebell in each hand with an underhand grip.
- Rest your forearms on your thighs, allowing your wrists to hang over the edge.
- Slowly curl your wrists upwards, squeezing the forearms at the top.
- Lower the kettlebells back down with control.
- Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
