The EZ Bar Standing Single-Arm Neutral Wrist Curl targets the forearm muscles by focusing on wrist flexion using an EZ bar. It helps build forearm strength and wrist stability, crucial for grip strength and supporting upper body exercises.

How to do it

  1. Stand with feet shoulder-width apart, holding an EZ bar with one hand in a neutral grip.
  2. Keep your arm by your side and elbow slightly bent.
  3. Curl the wrist upward by flexing the forearm, keeping the rest of the arm stationary.
  4. Lower the bar back to the starting position with control.
  5. Repeat for the desired number of repetitions, then switch arms.
