Tight Fist Rotation is a wrist-strengthening exercise that enhances forearm stability and grip strength. It primarily targets the wrist flexors and extensors through rotational movements of the wrist.
How to do it
- Stand or sit with arms extended in front of you.
- Clench fists tightly with thumbs outside the fingers.
- Rotate wrists inward until a full rotation is completed.
- Reverse direction by rotating wrists outward.
- Repeat for desired repetitions, maintaining tight fists throughout.
