Tight Fist Rotation

Tight Fist Rotation is a wrist-strengthening exercise that enhances forearm stability and grip strength. It primarily targets the wrist flexors and extensors through rotational movements of the wrist.

How to do it

  1. Stand or sit with arms extended in front of you.
  2. Clench fists tightly with thumbs outside the fingers.
  3. Rotate wrists inward until a full rotation is completed.
  4. Reverse direction by rotating wrists outward.
  5. Repeat for desired repetitions, maintaining tight fists throughout.
