How to do it
- Sit on a bench with feet flat on the ground, holding a barbell with an underhand grip.
- Rest your forearms on your thighs, allowing your wrists to hang slightly off the edge.
- Curl the barbell upwards by flexing your wrists, keeping forearms stationary.
- Slowly lower the barbell back to the starting position.
- Repeat for the desired number of repetitions, maintaining control throughout.
