The inner wrist curl focuses on strengthening the wrist flexors, enhancing grip strength. This exercise is performed with a focus on curling the wrist inward while holding a weight, usually targeting the forearm muscles.
How to do it
- Sit on a bench and rest your forearm on your thigh, palm facing up.
- Grip a dumbbell and allow your wrist to extend backward.
- Flex your wrist upward, squeezing at the top.
- Slowly lower the weight back to the starting position.
- Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
