The inner wrist curl focuses on strengthening the wrist flexors, enhancing grip strength. This exercise is performed with a focus on curling the wrist inward while holding a weight, usually targeting the forearm muscles.

How to do it

  1. Sit on a bench and rest your forearm on your thigh, palm facing up.
  2. Grip a dumbbell and allow your wrist to extend backward.
  3. Flex your wrist upward, squeezing at the top.
  4. Slowly lower the weight back to the starting position.
  5. Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
