How to do it
- Sit on a bench with your feet flat on the floor.
- Secure one end of a resistance band under your foot.
- Hold the other end of the band in your hand, with your forearm resting on your thigh, palm up.
- Flex your wrist upward while keeping the forearm stationary.
- Slowly return to the starting position and repeat.
