The band wrist curl is an exercise designed to strengthen the wrist flexors. It involves flexion of the wrist against resistance provided by a resistance band. This exercise helps improve grip strength and forearm muscle endurance, which are crucial for various sports and daily activities.

How to do it

  1. Sit on a bench with your feet flat on the floor.
  2. Secure one end of a resistance band under your foot.
  3. Hold the other end of the band in your hand, with your forearm resting on your thigh, palm up.
  4. Flex your wrist upward while keeping the forearm stationary.
  5. Slowly return to the starting position and repeat.
