How to do it

  1. Stand with feet shoulder-width apart and bring your palms together at chest level.
  2. Step to the side with one foot while opening your arms wide, simulating a fly motion.
  3. Bring your feet together and your palms back to the starting position.
  4. Repeat the steps, alternating sides, while maintaining control and balance.
