How to do it
- Stand with feet shoulder-width apart, facing the cable machine.
- Hold a handle in each hand with cables set at shoulder level.
- Engage your core and crunch to one side, pulling the handle down towards the hip.
- Return to the starting position and repeat on the other side.
- Perform controlled movements, ensuring constant tension in the core.
