The Cable Standing Serratus (Obliques) Crunch targets the obliques and serratus anterior muscles. It is performed using a cable machine, focusing on controlled side-to-side movement to engage the core effectively, improving stability and enhancing muscle definition.

How to do it

  1. Stand with feet shoulder-width apart, facing the cable machine.
  2. Hold a handle in each hand with cables set at shoulder level.
  3. Engage your core and crunch to one side, pulling the handle down towards the hip.
  4. Return to the starting position and repeat on the other side.
  5. Perform controlled movements, ensuring constant tension in the core.
