The Cable Bent-Over Neutral Grip Kickback with Rope Attachment targets the triceps while engaging the core and upper back for stabilization. It is effective for building arm strength and improving muscle definition.

How to do it

  1. Attach a rope to the low pulley of a cable machine.
  2. Stand facing the machine, bending slightly at the hips.
  3. Hold the rope handles with a neutral grip.
  4. Extend your elbows, pushing the rope back until your arms are straight.
  5. Slowly return to the starting position with controlled motion.
