The Bodyweight Overhead Triceps Extension is an effective exercise for targeting the triceps without any equipment. This exercise primarily focuses on building strength and tone in the triceps while also engaging the shoulders and core for stability.

How to do it

  1. Stand upright with feet shoulder-width apart.
  2. Raise your arms overhead and clasp your hands together.
  3. Bend your elbows and lower your forearms behind your head.
  4. Extend your arms fully to return to the starting position.
  5. Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
