The toe touch exercise is a dynamic stretch that targets the hamstrings and lower back, improving flexibility and range of motion. It involves bending forward to reach the toes while maintaining straight knees, ideal for warming up or cooling down.

How to do it

  1. Stand with feet shoulder-width apart and arms extended overhead.
  2. Engage your core and slowly bend forward at your hips.
  3. Reach down towards your toes, keeping your legs straight and back flat.
  4. Hold the stretch briefly, then return to the starting position.
  5. Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
