How to do it

  1. Lie face down on a flat bench with your hips at the edge.
  2. Grip the sides of the bench firmly for support.
  3. Extend your legs straight and lift them up until they align with your torso.
  4. Hold briefly and squeeze your glutes at the top.
  5. Lower your legs back to the starting position in a controlled manner.
