Revolved Head to Knee Pose is a yoga pose that enhances flexibility and stretches the spine, hamstrings, and side body. It is known for improving digestion and stimulating the abdominal organs. This pose also helps in opening the shoulders and expanding the chest.

How to do it

  1. Sit on the floor with one leg extended and the other foot pressed into the inner thigh of the extended leg.
  2. Twist your torso towards the bent knee and reach the opposite arm over your head.
  3. Lean sideways and grasp the outside of the extended foot with your hand.
  4. Hold the pose, keeping the chest open and breathing deeply.
  5. Release and return to a seated position before switching sides.
