How to do it
- Stand upright with feet hip-width apart.
- Extend one arm forward as if pulling a bowstring, keeping the other arm bent and close to your body.
- Step back with one foot, lowering your body into a lunge.
- Hold briefly, then return to the starting position.
- Alternate sides for a balanced workout.
