The Archer Stepback is a dynamic exercise combining balance and strength, targeting the lower body, core, and stabilizing muscles. It improves coordination and proprioception by simulating a bow-pulling motion while stepping back.

How to do it

  1. Stand upright with feet hip-width apart.
  2. Extend one arm forward as if pulling a bowstring, keeping the other arm bent and close to your body.
  3. Step back with one foot, lowering your body into a lunge.
  4. Hold briefly, then return to the starting position.
  5. Alternate sides for a balanced workout.
