The Jumping Split Jack is an explosive cardiovascular exercise that combines jumping with an alternating leg split. This dynamic movement enhances agility, endurance, and lower body strength while also engaging the core.

How to do it

  1. Stand with feet hip-width apart, arms by your sides.
  2. Jump up while spreading legs into a split stance, and raise arms overhead.
  3. Land softly with one foot forward and the other back.
  4. Quickly jump again to switch legs in the air.
  5. Continue alternating legs in a rhythmic manner.
