How to do it
- Lie face down with arms bent at 90 degrees in a W shape.
- Engage your core and lift your chest, thighs, and arms off the ground.
- Slowly extend your arms overhead into a Y position, keeping them lifted.
- Pause briefly and return to the W position.
- Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
