How to do it
- Stand with feet shoulder-width apart, arms at your sides.
- Lower into a squat, keeping your back straight and knees over toes.
- Explosively jump upwards, extending through your legs and swinging arms to gain momentum.
- Land softly, returning to the squat position and repeat.
