How to do it
- Stand with feet hip-width apart, holding a bottle with both hands in front of you.
- Hinge at the hips, keeping your back straight, chest up and going down until you feel a stretch in the hamstrings.
- Push through the heels to return to the starting position, contracting the glutes at the top.
