How to do it

  1. Stand with feet hip-width apart, holding a bottle with both hands in front of you.
  2. Hinge at the hips, keeping your back straight, chest up and going down until you feel a stretch in the hamstrings.
  3. Push through the heels to return to the starting position, contracting the glutes at the top.
