How to do it

  1. Start with one foot on the ground and the other on a Plyo Box.
  2. Push off explosively with your ground foot, switching legs mid-air.
  3. Land with the opposite foot on the box, ensuring stable landing.
  4. Repeat the movement, alternating legs with each jump.
  5. Maintain core stability and form throughout the exercise.
