The 45 Degree Step Out is a dynamic exercise that targets the lower body, improving strength and stability. It involves stepping out at a 45-degree angle, engaging the legs and core, and enhancing coordination.

How to do it

  1. Stand with feet together, arms bent in front of the chest.
  2. Step out with the right foot at a 45-degree angle, bending both knees slightly.
  3. Push off the right foot and return to the starting position.
  4. Repeat with the left foot, maintaining control and balance.
  5. Continue alternating legs for desired reps.
