How to do it

  1. Start by kneeling on the ground, supporting your body with your hands.
  2. Place your hands flat on the floor with fingers pointing forward.
  3. Gently push your wrists into ulnar deviation by moving your body slightly back.
  4. Hold the stretch for at least 20-30 seconds.
  5. Release and repeat if necessary.
