Wrist circles involve rotating the wrists in a circular motion to increase flexibility and mobility. This exercise is beneficial for improving wrist flexibility, preventing injury, and alleviating tension in the wrist area.
How to do it
- Stand or sit with your arms bent and elbows at your sides.
- Extend your hands forward with palms facing down.
- Circle your wrists clockwise in a controlled manner.
- After a set, reverse the motion to circle counterclockwise.
- Maintain smooth and consistent movement throughout the exercise.
