Wrist circles involve rotating the wrists in a circular motion to increase flexibility and mobility. This exercise is beneficial for improving wrist flexibility, preventing injury, and alleviating tension in the wrist area.

How to do it

  1. Stand or sit with your arms bent and elbows at your sides.
  2. Extend your hands forward with palms facing down.
  3. Circle your wrists clockwise in a controlled manner.
  4. After a set, reverse the motion to circle counterclockwise.
  5. Maintain smooth and consistent movement throughout the exercise.
