The Dumbbell Standing Back Wrist Curl focuses on strengthening the wrist extensors. It's a great exercise for improving wrist strength and stability, which can enhance overall grip strength and benefit various upper body exercises.
How to do it
- Stand upright with feet shoulder-width apart, holding a dumbbell in each hand.
- Let your arms hang by your sides with palms facing backward.
- Without moving your arms, curl the weights upward by extending your wrists.
- Pause briefly at the top of the movement, then slowly lower back to the start.
- Repeat for the desired number of reps.
