The Dumbbell Standing Back Wrist Curl focuses on strengthening the wrist extensors. It's a great exercise for improving wrist strength and stability, which can enhance overall grip strength and benefit various upper body exercises.

How to do it

  1. Stand upright with feet shoulder-width apart, holding a dumbbell in each hand.
  2. Let your arms hang by your sides with palms facing backward.
  3. Without moving your arms, curl the weights upward by extending your wrists.
  4. Pause briefly at the top of the movement, then slowly lower back to the start.
  5. Repeat for the desired number of reps.
