The wrist extensor stretch is designed to improve flexibility and reduce tension in the wrist extensors. It is beneficial for those who experience wrist discomfort from activities like typing or playing instruments. The stretch helps in increasing the range of motion and preventing injury.

How to do it

  1. Stand upright with feet shoulder-width apart.
  2. Extend one arm in front of you with the wrist down.
  3. Use the opposite hand to gently pull back on the fingers, feeling the stretch in the forearm.
  4. Hold the stretch for 15-30 seconds.
