How to do it
- Stand upright with feet shoulder-width apart.
- Extend one arm in front of you with the wrist down.
- Use the opposite hand to gently pull back on the fingers, feeling the stretch in the forearm.
- Hold the stretch for 15-30 seconds.
- Switch arms and repeat.
