The dumbbell one-arm reverse wrist curl focuses on strengthening the wrist extensors. It involves curling the wrist upwards against resistance, improving forearm strength and wrist stability.
How to do it
- Sit on a bench with your feet flat on the floor.
- Hold a dumbbell in one hand, resting your forearm on your thigh, palm facing down.
- Curl your wrist upward, lifting the back of the hand towards the ceiling.
- Slowly lower the dumbbell back to the starting position.
- Repeat for the desired number of repetitions before switching arms.
