The dumbbell one-arm reverse wrist curl focuses on strengthening the wrist extensors. It involves curling the wrist upwards against resistance, improving forearm strength and wrist stability.

How to do it

  1. Sit on a bench with your feet flat on the floor.
  2. Hold a dumbbell in one hand, resting your forearm on your thigh, palm facing down.
  3. Curl your wrist upward, lifting the back of the hand towards the ceiling.
  4. Slowly lower the dumbbell back to the starting position.
  5. Repeat for the desired number of repetitions before switching arms.
