How to do it
- Stand upright facing the cable machine with feet shoulder-width apart.
- Grab the cable handle with an overhand grip, keeping your elbows close to your body.
- Slowly curl the handle upwards by flexing the wrists while keeping the arms still.
- Pause briefly at the top of the movement to maximize contraction.
- Lower the handle back to the starting position in a controlled manner.
