The Wall Press and Twist is a bodyweight exercise that targets the back and improves rotational flexibility. It involves pressing against a wall while engaging the core to initiate a twisting motion, which helps in enhancing posture and mobility.

How to do it

  1. Stand facing a wall with feet shoulder-width apart.
  2. Place one hand on the wall at shoulder height, keeping the arm extended.
  3. Engage your core and gently twist your torso away from the wall.
  4. Hold the twist briefly, feeling a stretch in your back and shoulders.
  5. Return to starting position and repeat on the other side.
