How to do it
- Stand facing a wall with feet shoulder-width apart.
- Place one hand on the wall at shoulder height, keeping the arm extended.
- Engage your core and gently twist your torso away from the wall.
- Hold the twist briefly, feeling a stretch in your back and shoulders.
- Return to starting position and repeat on the other side.
