How to do it

  1. Begin in a standing position.
  2. Lean forward and place your hands on the ground.
  3. Walk your hands forward until you form an inverted V shape.
  4. Alternate pressing your heels towards the ground, mimicking a walking motion.
  5. Walk your hands back to your feet to return to standing.
