How to do it
- Begin in a standing position.
- Lean forward and place your hands on the ground.
- Walk your hands forward until you form an inverted V shape.
- Alternate pressing your heels towards the ground, mimicking a walking motion.
- Walk your hands back to your feet to return to standing.
