The kettlebell alternating press is a shoulder exercise that also engages the core. It involves pressing one kettlebell overhead while keeping the other in a rack position, promoting shoulder strength and stability.

How to do it

  1. Stand with feet shoulder-width apart, holding kettlebells at shoulder height.
  2. Press one kettlebell overhead while keeping the other in rack position.
  3. Lower the kettlebell back to rack position.
  4. Alternate sides and repeat.
