The kettlebell alternating press is a shoulder exercise that also engages the core. It involves pressing one kettlebell overhead while keeping the other in a rack position, promoting shoulder strength and stability.
How to do it
- Stand with feet shoulder-width apart, holding kettlebells at shoulder height.
- Press one kettlebell overhead while keeping the other in rack position.
- Lower the kettlebell back to rack position.
- Alternate sides and repeat.
