The V-Up Double Crunch is a dynamic abdominal exercise combining elements of a V-Up and a crunch to effectively target the core. It enhances core strength and stability by engaging both the upper and lower abdominal muscles simultaneously, promoting balance and coordination.

How to do it

  1. Lie flat on your back with arms extended overhead and legs straight.
  2. Simultaneously lift your arms and legs towards each other, creating a V shape with your body.
  3. Engage the core to bring hands and feet together, then lower back to the starting position.
