The V-Up Double Crunch is a dynamic abdominal exercise combining elements of a V-Up and a crunch to effectively target the core. It enhances core strength and stability by engaging both the upper and lower abdominal muscles simultaneously, promoting balance and coordination.
How to do it
- Lie flat on your back with arms extended overhead and legs straight.
- Simultaneously lift your arms and legs towards each other, creating a V shape with your body.
- Engage the core to bring hands and feet together, then lower back to the starting position.
