Bottle Weighted Frog Crunch

This exercise engages the core by performing a weighted crunch while holding a large bottle. The primary benefit is strengthening the abdominal muscles, particularly the obliques, along with enhancing stability and coordination.

How to do it

  1. Lie on your back with knees bent and feet flat on the floor.
  2. Hold a bottle close to your chest, keeping your core engaged.
  3. Lift your head, shoulders, and back off the floor, twisting slightly to one side.
  4. Return to the starting position and repeat on the other side.
  5. Continue alternating sides for the desired number of repetitions.
