How to do it

  1. Start in a plank position with one hand elevated on a bench.
  2. Lower your chest towards the ground while keeping your core tight.
  3. Twist the torso slightly as you push back up, engaging the obliques.
  4. Repeat the motion, alternating sides with each repetition.
  5. Maintain a controlled movement throughout the exercise.
