How to do it
- Place the resistance band across your upper back and hold the ends with your hands.
- Assume a plank position with hands shoulder-width apart and feet together.
- Lower your body towards the ground while keeping elbows close to your sides.
- Push back to the starting position, maintaining tension in the band.
- Repeat while keeping a neutral spine and engaged core.
