How to do it

  1. Place the resistance band across your upper back and hold the ends with your hands.
  2. Assume a plank position with hands shoulder-width apart and feet together.
  3. Lower your body towards the ground while keeping elbows close to your sides.
  4. Push back to the starting position, maintaining tension in the band.
  5. Repeat while keeping a neutral spine and engaged core.
