How to do it
- Sit on the machine seat with back firmly against the backrest.
- Grip the handles and keep elbows slightly bent and pointed downwards.
- Press the handles forward until arms are fully extended.
- Slowly return to starting position without locking elbows.
- Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
