Tip Toe Walking involves walking slowly on the balls of your feet. It is a great exercise for strengthening the calves and improving balance. By engaging the lower leg muscles, it helps enhance stability and agility.

How to do it

  1. Stand upright with your feet shoulder-width apart.
  2. Lift your heels off the ground to stand on the balls of your feet.
  3. Maintain your balance and begin walking slowly forward.
  4. Keep your core engaged and your body upright.
  5. Continue for a set distance or time, then lower your heels.
