Sprinting is a high-intensity, dynamic movement focusing on speed and cardiovascular fitness. It primarily strengthens the lower body muscles, particularly enhancing leg power and explosive strength.

How to do it

  1. Stand upright with your feet shoulder-width apart.
  2. Lean slightly forward, keeping your back straight.
  3. Push off from the balls of your feet, accelerating quickly.
  4. Pump your arms vigorously, maintaining a relaxed hand posture.
  5. Ensure each foot strikes the ground beneath you for maximum speed.
