Swimmer Kicks is an exercise that targets the glutes and hamstrings while also engaging the core. It mimics the flutter kick movement used in swimming, helping to improve leg strength and stability.

How to do it

  1. Lie face down, arms at your sides.
  2. Engage your core and glutes to lift both legs slightly off the ground.
  3. Alternate kicking your legs up and down in a flutter motion, keeping them straight.
