The Scorpion Stretch is a dynamic movement that enhances spinal mobility and stretches the hip flexors, core, and chest. It's commonly used as a warm-up or cool-down exercise to increase flexibility and relieve tension in the lower back and hips.

How to do it

  1. Lie face down with arms extended out to the sides.
  2. Lift your right leg and move it across your body toward your left hand, twisting your torso.
  3. Return to the starting position and repeat on the opposite side.
