The Scorpion Stretch is a dynamic movement that enhances spinal mobility and stretches the hip flexors, core, and chest. It's commonly used as a warm-up or cool-down exercise to increase flexibility and relieve tension in the lower back and hips.
How to do it
- Lie face down with arms extended out to the sides.
- Lift your right leg and move it across your body toward your left hand, twisting your torso.
- Return to the starting position and repeat on the opposite side.
