How to do it
- Stand with feet shoulder-width apart, the barbell over the mid-foot.
- Bend at the hips and knees to grip the barbell with both hands.
- Lift the chest, straighten the back, and engage your core.
- Push through the heels, extend the knees and hips to lift the bar.
- Lower the bar back to the ground in a controlled motion.
